I have been working for a registrated psychologist in Pécs since 2009.
My therapeutic approach is characterized by the existential-integrative approach. Existential: everyone can only be known from their own perspective (not from someone else, e.g. the therapist’s personality and perspective).
My name is Dr. Gábor Hegedüs, I was born in Pécs in 1973. I graduated in psychology in 2008. Within the framework of the Integrative Hypnotherapy Association, I also completed the hypnotherapist method-specific training and received the title of Integrative Hypnotherapist.
After that, I defended my doctorate in February 2015 after completing the doctoral school at the Faculty of General Medicine of the University of Pécs. I started studying clinical psychology in 2014 and passed the professional exam in November 2019. I have been working in private practice since 2009. Within the framework of a private order, you can contact me in Budapest, Pécs and online.
Therefore, just as no two individuals are the same, no two therapies are the same. Integrative: the combined use of various methods according to the needs of the person. I don’t believe in a therapeutic relationship ordered below and above, but rather in an equal, bipolar relationship, in which, in the supportive environment of the realization of a real relationship, the person finds himself more and more, builds himself up. As a result, the symptoms ease and then gradually become worse.
