Coaching, in other words, business consulting is becoming more and more popular in the business world today. From time to time, a leader encounters a number of problems and challenges that you can easily keep to yourself.
Such situations can put a heavy burden on even an otherwise competent and highly judgmental manager, in which they may feel that they are not alone. In this case, an expert outside of your company, organization, with whom you can openly discuss issues that are not adequately addressed by the organization, or where the leader is very isolated due to his or her position.
The coach is not a specialist consultant in a specific area, but a consultant:
it helps the manager find his / her relationship with his / her staff and organization. Management advice is provided on a weekly or monthly basis. The duration is individual, ranging from a few months to 1-2 years.
